Visiting friends at Berkeley, coming from San Jose

<p>What would be the best thing to do transportation wise? I have a car but I heard that parking is awful, and since my car is a manual I don't want to deal with all the hills (hilly campus right?). Any ideas?</p>

<p>Drive to Bay Fair BART, park (it’s free), and take the BART into Berkeley.</p>
