My son got the most info going on admitted students day. He was a potential James Scholar in engineering. There was a student panel that gave very honest answers to questions regarding professor availability and interest, time/homework commitment and other things you probably won’t hear on a campus open house or visit. The later in the year you go the better the weather will be.

I called and they said I should go on an admitted students day, which is what I’m going to do :)

Whatever you do, try to get a tour of the engineering part of campus. It’s fantastic.

Alright! Thanks  Does anyone know what the James Scholar visit will be about?

The invitation I received for the James Scholar Reception says

Interesting. So if I go to the James Scholar meeting, do I still need to take an Engineering tour?
