<p>Are friends allowed to visit during the year? I know obviously not during Beast, but I don't know the procedure during the rest of the year.</p>

<p>My best friend/ "big brother" is probably the closest person to me, and I'd like to be able to visit him during one of my spring breaks. I'm going to be in Boston, but that's a whole heck of a lot closer than all of our friends who aren't leaving Georgia! I'm kind of worried about ever seeing him again if I can't visit because I don't go home during any breaks that he may be home. I know that he'll be really busy and strapped for time, but I honestly would go even if I could see him for half an hour.</p>

<p>Also, if you can visit, is there any kind of public transportation up there from NYC?</p>
