Visting Nova

I'm planning on visiting Villanova this summer as its one of my top choices right now. Has anyone had any experiences with visiting? Would you recommend a Saturday visit or a group visit during the week? Also, is having an interview an important part for being accepted into Nova? Thanks

I don't think they even consider interviews- if I remember correctly.

I did a Saturday Visit and thought that it was perfect because it was just the right size and not way too overcrowded like some other Open Houses that I went to. I enjoyed the Saturday Visit A LOT. I thought it was just perfect. :)

it wont matter during the summer, students wont be there on the weekend or during the week

We attended a presentation last winter run by the admissions folks. It was a disinterested and poorly presented effort.

Visit any day during the summer, but best to wait until fall to see a class and the school with students. Their websit indicates interviews are not part of the admissions process.

i highly disagree with hvccgolf, the admissions presentation was the best i have seen. they start it off with a ten minute video that gives you a real feel for the campus and all the special events they have

I thought the presentation was great.

Do they have more than one Saturday visit over the summer? The one for this Saturday has been filled for a while now and I keep checking back to see if they add another one.

Anyone know?

if it isnt on their site, then no

call up the admissions office they should have all the info your looking for

i really enjoyed their presentation, actually. we stopped there only because it was between two schools i was looking at, but the visit really won me over. i had a great tour guide, too.
