I love drawing, and I am considering to go to the USA for boarding school, and my preference would be a visual arts boarding school.

Could you please give me a few good visual arts boarding schools? (I'm not much of a performing arts person... but I can play violin, and I'm learning viola)

CHOATE. choate has the best art programme ever! I’m also apply for Choate but my grades are mediocre >< I’m international

My daughter was most impressed with the student work at Hotchkiss.

If you are into visual arts, and visual arts only, then Walnut Hill would probably be great for you! One of my friends goes there, and she says the workload is good, combined with the great arts program ( they have performing arts as well).

Also, if you are an ESL ( english second language) student, which my friend is, they have a great program for that too.

I was totally impressed with Cushing Academy’s arts program. It has a large , 25%, international population.
