Vital question, need your help

<p>I'm willing to transfer to UT Austin - Engineering, and UT has coursework requirements for engineering, like Cal I and Cal II and Cal III. My question is I'm taking some other classes like trigonometry and English for foreigners. Would it be counted in terms of GPA, does it matter in admission decision if I have IP or F in NONE-REQUITED classes?</p>

<p>The thing is all of my engineering requirements classes are A’s but I had some earlier classes and I did bad because I didn’t expect that it’s gonna be important. :(</p>
