This summer I'm planning to study vocabulary for Oct.'s exam.
Which vocab cards do you guys recommend?
If you don't mind (if you used them), how many of the words from the deck actually appeared in June's (or older) exam?

I'd buy a book, but flash cards work better for me, and I'm too lazy to hand make my own cards.

It helps alot to hand write the cards. I am doing it now, and I have around 150 words that I did not know memorized. However, I am a kinesthetic(sp?) learner, so writing things really helps me.

I wrote a lot of vocab cards for the June SAT, i didn't even finish the vocab words before the test. If you end up writing them all out, study and familiarize yourself with around 5-10 of them and just keep going like that. It'll work a lot better that way.

Writing them out isn't enough. If you commute to school, bring the cards along and revise them. I helped my friend revise by going thru the cards with him (about 10-15 at a time), then quizzing him at the end of each batch. It's important to revise periodically.
