Im a sophomore, starting to memorize as many vocab words as I can (thoroughly too) in order to do well next year when I take the test for the second time. (i took it as an eighth grader) Today I started making note cards for the words in the Vocabulary Workshop Level F book, and I am strongly considering making note cards for some of the weird synonyms and antonyms they use. After I finish that book, I plan on making note cards for the Level E book until I can get my hands on the SAT prep books. Does anybody know if these books contain SAT level words? Or is this a waste of my time?

If it is a waste of my time, what are reliable online lists of words I can start learning?

Oxford Sandlier Vocab Workshop?

From my own experience, these are great words. These books are used in my school for vocab. A lot of these are common SAT words. Some of them obviously aren’t, but these words were basically picked for the SAT is what I heard.

Yes, thats the book (aka the bane of my existence lol).

I have done E, and am doing F currently. Great books.

Well the actual exercises are fully complete, cause otherwise I’d have a horrible English homework grade, but I am working on book F and I’ve gotten to unti 12

Lol, the exercises take forever, I use the facebook group and copy all the answers down.

Oh wow meant unit 12 lol…and ditto.
