Vocal Major, Where should I go? - USC, UCLA, CSULB, CSUF, CSUN, or APU?

Hi everyone, I’m a community college student and I’ve applied to transfer for the fall. I applied to USC, UCLA, CSULB, CSUF, and CSUN. For now I’m considering to be a Vocal Performance Major with a B.M (B.A for UCLA and CSULB since they don’t offer B.M). So far, I heard back from CSUF’s Vocal department and I’ve been accepted in their program!! I haven’t heard back yet from the other universities, but I have a few questions here.

  • I missed the priority deadline for APU, but I'm thinking of applying/auditioning there, should I give it a go?
  • I'm also interested in studying Music Industry, but so far I only see that CSUN allows me to major in it and continue to study voice. UCLA offers a minor in Music Industry, which school is my best bet to study both voice and music industry?
  • Where should I go?

Sorry, I’ve asked a lot, but please let me know if anything doesn’t make sense. I’ll do my best to clear it out. Thanks!

If you are truly interested in a double major (or minor), you need to go to the place that makes this possible (if accepted). Good luck.
