Yes. So I submitted my application and then my counselor submitted hers like three days later.
After you submit your app, a letter is sent to your guidance counselor informing them of where to send their rec & your transcription.
Hey guys! I also got in for Arts and Sciences. @bonanox82 Did you request travel assistance? If so, have you received the details yet?
I requested it, but I don’t think that I will need it. I haven’t received any details yet, tho.
I’m sending in my application for arts & sciences tonight! I missed the priority deadline for travel assistance because I heard about the program too late, but hopefully I will still be considered for it. I definitely could use it! Wish me luck! Congratulations to all that have already been accepted!!
Awesome, good luck! I think you still have a good shot because there wasn’t even an option that allowed you to opt out of travel assistance. Like I need to opt out of it, so if they send me any travel info I will just decline it.
What was the email address you guys received your acceptances from? I’m so nervous! I’m going to add the email address to my VIP list so it notifies me when I get an email back.
Wait the decision is out? Or just people who got in received the notification? I didn’t get anything yet (crying…)
The decisions come out on a rolling basis, so the earlier you submitted your application the earlier the decisions will come out. Don’t worry about it
My decision came out at 12 on the dot today. I got denied :(. It’s really making me regret ranking Tufts and other top-tier schools on my QuestBridge List because even though it’s “just” a fly-in. I think that this is very telling for my other college applications.
Hey don’t be discouraged. Not accepted to the fly-in doesn’t mean you will be denied for the official app. You can make it, believe yourself!
Well, it’s October 17th. I still haven’t heard anything from them…
I would wait maybe a day or two and then contact them.
I would call admissions today. My daughter just received her second confirmation email this morning about when the program begins and ends and what to bring. The 26th is only six days away. Good luck.
Did the second email also include contact information for the host? I have not received a second email yet.
