Volcab Prep?

<p>Silverturtle's guide suggests going for Direct Hits 1 and 2, but I don't own that book and I'm not sure if I need it, considering the ones I already have.</p>

<p>Here is my Vocab Prep Plan (currently my vocab REALLY sucks, and I do want a 2300+ score soo, hmm):</p>

<ol>
<li>learn all the words on word smart 1 SAT hit parade (not their main word list)</li>
<li> learn all the words on word smart 2 SAT hit parade </li>
<li>Going though Top</a> 400+ Vocabulary Words thread posted on here on CC.</li>
</ol>

<p>Are the Word Smart 1 and 2 Sat Hit parades just as good as Direct Hits? Are those rather outdated?
I have like 40 days left, though I plan on studying really hard, I can't imagine being able to do a 5000 words list, 3000? still near impossible, 2000? maybe, 1000? yes, 500? of course.</p>

<p>But I need help deciding if I should go with the plan I have made (above), or should I go and buy/ship Direct Hits 1 and 2.</p>

<p>I would really appreciate any advice, thanks in advance.</p>

<p>edit: I can't believe I misspelled vocab as Volcab. /selfslaps</p>

JUST REMEMBER THEM.</p>

<p>Memorizing 1000000000 words is stupid if you can not remember them.</p>

<p>Ok, so which 400 words do you suggest I do? or did you mean the page posted on CC by SATwriter that’s titled “Top 400+ Vocabulary Words”?</p>

<p>Well, search the internet(google) for Direct hits vocab list and then memorize it.</p>

<p>@Areelperson & @Megafund Thanks, but realityisadream already mailed the lists to me, it was alphabetical, so I looked further for scans of the real book. </p>

<p>Couldn’t find the real book (ebook) scans or anything. I really hope someone buys the itunes version and shares, but anyways I did find the fast review pages scans, they are not alphabetical but rather in groups. I think those will be easier to learn, and I won’t get mixed up between too many words of the same alphabet, that sound similar. </p>

<p>If someone has the kindle or itunes version, or even the scans/pictures, please let us know. </p>
