I have volunteer work dating back to 5th grade up till now(I'm a college student now looking to transfer) I plan on sending in a resume to the schools that include what I did.

Problem is I don't have some of the coordinators contact info. Nor do I remember some of their full names-only last names.

For the work I did in high school(grading papers) and the mediator position. I know the teachers name and HS. I’m not sure if they still work there everything else I have the information for.

1) don’t listen to Tommy. The colleges won’t check a single item. (You CERTAINLY don’t need to list names or anything before 9th grade)

2) They won’t check because by and large it and all the work you’re expending to tally it up is practically worthless to colleges as well.

3) you’re under the mistaken notion that volunteer hours give you a leg up. They don’t. It’s the equivalent to being on the honor roll.

4) there’s a very small handful of colleges (the very selective ones) where any ECs or Vol hours matter. If you’re aiming at those, a succinct summary is all is needed. You’re level of detail will be even ignored by them as well.
