Volunteering in a 3rd world country

i don't think pakistan is a safe place to be right now

Well he's not there anymore...

lol

:p

I heard about a volunteer trust in England The Princes Trust which allows people to travel to a developing country and offer support. They give you so many options instead of orders.Thats good!

That's so cool! With that experience, you should try interning for Doctors without Borders or some other NGO.

I'm considering that actually but I need to sort college and bf out first.Working with underprivileged communities would be so touching and fulfilling.

there are alot of organizations that give you the opportunity to volunteer in Africa, and they pay for all the costs of going and staying there. looks like a good offer to me.

Primitivefuture, what are some of the organizations that pay for all your costs? I really want to volunteer in a third world country, but there's absolutely no way my parents would pay for it.

I ask that too.I contacted the princes trust and that opportunity is only available to unemployed,part-time students etc.So Iam not eligable. Can you give me anyones from Britain...thanks?

Do you have something like the Peace Corps?
