<p>Hi..I need your opinion, please help</p>
<p>I'm down to Penn Stateand Delaware. I would major in Math/Economics at Delaware and Math(Actuarial Science) at Penn State.</p>
<p>Things that are important - Not a party person but like to have fun, tuition costs, school reputation overall, getting a job in 4 years, campus, being close to home(live in nyc).</p>
<p>Would you give me your opinion where and why? (i want your biased opinion)</p>
