does anyone know how many students were accepted ed for architecture

I’d really like to know this as well. I got deferred and I’m definitely bummed. Architecture has been something I’ve wanted to do for years.

Also, when should we find out for the normal decision pool for architecture

From what I could find, 1200 high schoolers apply to CAUS and 160 enroll.
Here is the breakdown:
100 Students: Architecture
20 Students: Industrial Design
20 Students: Interior Design
20 Students: Landscape Architecture

Here is the Average SAT Score:
Architecture - 1300
Industrial Design - 1250
Interior Design - 1210
Landscape Architecture - 1170

And the average GPA:
Architecture - 4.1
Industrial Design - 3.8
Interior Design - 4.0
Landscape Architecture - 3.9

Hope this helps!

It more like a 4.5/4.6 for average GPA. I read that in a PowerPoint they emailed to a friend.

Here’s the admission stats for architecture over the past few years. It does not break down by ED vs. RD, but it’s a good indication of what VT is looking for in future architects. By the way, the incoming class for 2010 was 50% IS/50% OOS.
