VT or Syracuse?

Hi!

I have been accepted into the colleges below (see list below) and I think I have narrowed it down to Syracuse U or Virginia Tech. What do you think is the better school??

I want to major in business, information technology business, or political science (some form of humanity).

I got into the Pamplin School of Business (VTECH) and the School of Information (SU).

I am looking for a medium sized school with a strong//fun Asian population. I prefer live in a place with a lot of activities and diversity.

A lot of my teachers told me to look at the carrier fairs at the individual schools and see what companies recruit at each one.

What do you guys think??

Thanks,
GSawhney

Accepted

 RIT

 Virginia Tech
 Syracuse University

 Pittsburgh (Bradford)
 Penn State (Altoona)

 Drexel University
 Rutgers (Camden)
 Arizona State University
 Indiana University
 Rider University

Waitlisted

 Temple University

Rejected

 Delaware
 Boston University
 Maryland

Syracuse is know for buisness more than VT however, buisness is neither schools highlight.

We do have a strong asian presence on campus, but the stereotype you might have heard is true. We're diverse enough, sure, but the groups don't mix.

We're in the city, but most events happen on campus. Syracuse isn't exactly "happening" (neither is the term "happening", come to that).
I can't speak for the business program, though.

^i've heard the same.

For business I like RIT, Pittsburgh, and Syracuse. Frankly, I would go to the schools that is the least expensive, net of scholarships and net of any coop money that you can earn per year. RIT does have a strong coop program.

Syracuse is definitely good for business ..dunno about VT but they both have the same percentage of asian population
