<p>Okay so I am transferring to Virginia Tech as a junior for fall 2009 and received the honors invitation. They say it is due back by May 23. What I am wondering is how the application process works. Do they wait until the due date to begin notifying people if they got in or not, or can you submit the app. early and get an earlier notification? </p>

<p>If so, I was planning on perhaps trying to get my application in next week or around then. Does anybody know how this works? Thanks!!</p>
