<p>hi i was wondering i know for some public schools if you are accepted into the honors college and are an out of state student they sometimes try to help you out by letting you pay instate tution, instead of out of state. Does anybody know if this is the case for VT?</p>

<p>No, everyone who is out of state pays out of state, though if you live in the honor dorms you do get a 3000 dollar scholarship.</p>
