<p>I am a junior from a highly competitive pennsylvania high school planning on applying to PSU, Pitt, VT, Purdue, Maryland and Michigan State for Engineering. </p>

Varsity Track and Field for Javelin and Discus
Symphonic Orchestra
Choir
Yearly Mission Trips to WV, NC and Maine</p>

<p>Nearly everyone in my family went to Penn State</p>

<p>Im not sure what happenend in ur fresh, and soph year. Get that GPA,SAT scores up. Get some better EC’s, maybe some leadership position, and volunteer work ALWAYS looks good :)</p>

<p>Pitt: I’d say raise the GPA a bit and you’d have a pretty good shot. Not sure about the others, though, sorry.</p>

<p>Just wondering…if your family is all Penn State, then why consider Pitt? lol
(My whole family has gone to Pitt and they always joked that if I applied/attended Penn State, I’d be disowned :wink: )</p>
