Definitely try for it. Your stats are really good.

You have a very good shot. I can't claim to speak for the school, but I am an Honors Scholar here at W&L and I know several others that are as well. I would say that your stats are comparable to most of the kids who got selected for the competition.

do you have another sat2?

gchris07 when did you do NIAHD at W&M my daughter did that two summers ago.

I did the NIAHD program this past summer and really enjoyed it. It was really awesome to be in Williamsburg, the epicenter of American colonial history, to study.

Are you going to apply to W&M and or W&L?

I am not familiar with that scholarship but for selective schools like W&L and W&M, NHS is pretty much meaningless. At my school everyone with a 3.4 pretty much gets in, it varies so much from school to school that it is essentially worthless.

My daughters school doesn't have NHS.

bmulez,
thank you for your similarly worthless post...

at somepoint there was something mentioning that you would need to be a inducted into NHS as a junior inorder to receive a scholarship. Can anyone else back me up on that or was I confusing it with someother post. Sorry if I was, Just trying to help, I might have made a mistake no need to get angry

Yes there was some post about that! I was wondering where it went too!

hello, this is midwestcrazy's daughter... i did the NIAHD PRE-COLL program a while back with similar affections. did you put it down as an honors program? just curious...

Yeah i think so...
