Okay, so I had seen several pp getting worried regarding this matter, and I was one of them. I got W for one of the courses that I have to complete under the conditions of admission for UC Berkeley. I contacted my admission advisor, and this is what I got.

"Thank you for your update. It does not appear that the changes to your schedule will affect your admissions offer.
I have updated your Conditions of Admission document online. Please re-review your Conditions carefully to ensure that you are now able to meet all items as listed. If you have already submitted an SIR, you will need to re-accept your Conditions of Admission document. You will see it on the Checklist of your My Berkeley Application webpage."

She took 'math 294, which I got W,' out of my conditions, which solved everything.
The thing is that math 294 had nothing to do with my major req, or IGETC, and I have like 100+ units.

If you have W for like my case, you wouldn't have a problem.
If you have W for that is major requirement, you may have a problem.
If you have W for that is essential to complete IGETC, your admission may get rescinded.
If you have W for that is to satisfy 60 unit minimum requirement, your admission may get rescinded.

The important thing is to contact your admission advisor ASAP!!
The sooner they get updated from you, the sooner they can change your condition, and figure out the ways you can resolve the prob if there are any, by for example taking courses during the summer, or change to spring admit so that you can complete the course this coming fall and etc.

I hope my thread clears things out for you guys..
