W GPA and UW GPA

My school does it differently from all the schools I see here. My school does it so that 4.0=all A/A+, 3.9=majority of A's and some A-'s, 3.8=majority of A-'s, 3.7=majority of B+'s, etc. etc.

But here, I'm seeing that 4=A, 3=B, 2=C, and so on. To show this to colleges, should I convert my GPA?

As for weighted, my school does it out of 20. For colleges, should I just do it the way you guys do it? (5=A, 4=B, 3=C for honors)

thanks

No. Your school will send a school profile with your transcript with an outline for the GPA scale. If an application asks you for your GPA, report what your school gives you.
