Any words of advice would help!!

You’re an impressive candidate. If you get an invitation to the semifinalist weekend, try to meet Dr. Uffelman. Fine chem prof and extraordinary guy. Also look for Shane Lynch, music prof & director of a number of the choral groups. Good luck & keep us posted!

Your record looks a lot like my daughter’s, and she got the Johnson. Geographically, it might help that you are from PA. I will say this about being pre-med–at W&L, it is a true LAC, and they take that very seriously. Emphasize your love of music, and I would suggest emailing Prof. Lynch expressing your interest. Finally, even if you don’t get the Johnson, the school is very generous with its financial aid.
