I was born and raised in Seattle but about 7 years ago my family moved to Georgia. This summer my mom is moving back to Seattle to obtain residency and work. I’m just finishing my junior year in high school and my mom wants me to stay down here until i graduate. By the time i graduate, will i qualify for in-state tuition since my mom will be a resident there and i am dependent on her?
This is complicated.

As a high school student, you are financially dependent on your mother, through whom residency is typically established. According to the rules for dependent students, having one parent as an established resident may be enough, but it may be complicated by your attending school in another state while she is here.
I think you need to make an appointment to talk to an enrollment counselor.
