i just got an email from ND asking me to help them out in the project, does anyone know anything about it?

I can't say that I do, but if it is truly from ND, I probably would help out (then again, I run experiments at ND so I am biased). It is always good to help researchers out, and we really do appreciate it!

I think my son was asked to participate in that , too. Something about $50 for spending about 1 1/2 answering questions once year? I didn't read it completely, because we are getting so much from ND every day!

My son did do it. He got mail today asking about a meeting time. Does it seem to anyone else that we get a ton of mail? I worry about his being able to remember all this stuff. Irish, do they give out assignment calenders at orientation. UGA did with the school calendar and stuff. We'll get one now if they don't. Just wondered.

If you are talking about a planner, you will have to pick one of those up (at least I was never given one, lol). However, they are pretty easy to find. If you want a ND one (and don't mind paying a few bucks extra) you can get them in the bookstore. However, you are probably just as well served getting one at the bookstore.

Just talk to your son and see how he keeps track of stuff and if it is a planner then go for it. Some use Palm Pilots (I tried but couldn't get into it) and then I just use my laptop, so it depends on the person. Hope that helps some.
