<p>I got offered "waitlist" from Univ of Rocehster and Wake Forest University.</p>
<p>I am currently admitted to Case Western Reserve Univ.</p>
<p>But I really wanna go to either Rochester or Wake Forest, because no one knows CWRU..</p>
<p>Is there any info about waitlist for those two schools? </p>

<p>i’m not sure about either, but is prestige the only reason you don’t want to go to case western? what about academics, fit, etc…</p>
<p>No one knows Case Western? I’m from Bostn and I know it to be very solid. No shame there in my opinion.</p>

<p>I’m in Texas and I’ve heard of Case Western. The question should be where you feel most comfortable, not whether enough people have heard of the school. Which one did you like best?</p>

i’d so much rather go to a school that “felt right” than a school with a great name. my happiness is waaaaaay more important to me than what the layman’s reaction is to my alma mater!</p>
<p>Sweetie, Case Western is better than Rochester and on par with Wake Forest and in some departments even better.</p>

But is that really true CWRU is better than Univ of Rochester overally?</p>
<p>The things that I worried about are the name values and reputation. Because I am Korean. I gotta go back to Korea anyway( I am an international student). So “namevalue” actually affects me a lot. UOR’s reputation in Korea is really good. However, no one knows about Case Western. After I got accepted from CWRU, I told my friend in Korea, but they kind of said “where the hell is that? is that a CC?”
Because my major is business, I guess the name value of school actually matter.
If you guys think I think wrong, please give me some reply~
