<p>Has Yale sent out any rejection letters to waitlistees yet? Or if we haven’t received any news, should we assume we’ve been placed on the extended waitlist (i.e. we have a chance to get in during the second wave)?</p>

<p>It seems like they’re still deciding whether or not to even have a second wave, so I doubt anyone’s been rejected or placed on an extended wait list yet.</p>

<p>I don’t necessarily think it means the second wave is open. I think it means that the waitlist is closed altogether. That was the impression I got, anyways.</p>
