<p>KSolow and Torasee do you know how many people were offered spaces off the waitlist? Also, do you have any information about how much time these students have to respond? I assume that the rolling schedule that Torasee spoke about will only be used if the students who have been offered spots decide not to use them. I'm just trying to get a sense about whether they will be offering spots to anyone else. Any thoughts?</p>
<p>I wish I could give you a sense as to whether more spots are to be offered to waitlistees but I just don't know the definitive answer to your question.</p>
<p>I have heard about a handful who have received offers in the past couple of weeks and suspect that there have been more. Waitlistees who are given an offer are typically given a few days to make up their minds (enough time to make a quick visit to Bowdoin if they want) so the process might be somewhat extended even if Bowdoin is not looking for a lot of candidates.</p>
<p>Where did you get the number of 30, KSolow? And do you have any sense of how many offers they have already made and how long those students have to commit?</p>
