<p>All three of my schools sent me back the dreaded "we want you...but not as much as we want others" and now I am wait listed for all three. Doesn't anyone have any experience, suggestions or stats to help me out? Thanks!</p>
<p>Yes. I was in the same situation last year with andover groton and mx. Write leters to all the schools letting them know u want to stay on the waitlist and keep them updated on your recent accomplishments. Now, it is important to understand it is unlikely u will get off the waitlit at and,ex and groon because they hae high yields. Next u should think about reapplying if you want to. U don’t need to reinvent urself in next years application, but be honest and cite how u have matured as a student and person. I got those letters last year from andover groton and middlesex and can feel ur pain an unease.it is important to keep ur head up high and wor hard in and out of the classroom.after getting waitlisted everywhere last year, I reapplied and got into andover and applied to. 3 new schools (exeter deerfield and choate) andgot acepted as well. I know waiing another year and going through another app process seems awful, but if things work out, it is well worth it. Stay well, and I will keep my fingerscrossed for u on te waitlist! <p>At schools like andover exeter and roton with suchhigh yields, it is unlikely, but still possible. I am sure it has happened just rare</p>

<p>Yes, that would count as providing an update. But please note, don’t update them on frivolous things like winning a class spelling bee or getting an A+ in your science class. Only the important things should be added…just use your common sense and you’ll be fine

I got wait listed for exeter, groton and middlesex and I am still waiting for their final decision. Does anyone out there know how many people get off the waiting list and how you know how far up the waiting list you are? All answers will be greatly appreciated!!</p>
