<p>Don't know when you will hear back but the finaid likely will not be good because:
1.generally PSU does not give great finaid in the first place, especially to OOS
2.generally waitlisted people do not get good aid "it's all gone"</p>
<p>But you could check with the finaid dept to get a more concrete answer</p>
