Is this true? If so, forget about it.

It’s true.

So hypothetically:

If I apply to QuestBridge by end of September and they say I’ll find out whether I got in by Oct 22.

a. If I got into QB, I can’t apply EA to schools not in partnership with QB like Michigan?

b. If I didn’t get a into QB on Oct 22, can I still apply ED/EA using common app to the schools with partnerships with QB like NU and Chicago while applying EA to Michigan?

Can someone clarify?

You can apply to an early program if you do not participate in the College Match.

Wait, isn’t this only if you’re a finalist?

Say I pick MIT and Stanford, 2 non-binding schools with my college match…can I also apply ED somewhere else?

If you participate in the College Match, you cannot apply ED. This isn’t difficult.

If you participate in the match, you cannot apply early anywhere. If you are a finalist but not choose to participate in the match, you can apply early.

The terms for the College Match are explained here: [QuestBridge National College Match Agreement Form](http://www.questbridge.org/ncm/match_agreement.html)
