Waiting for Admission Decisions

No, mine just says accepted into CLS.

I was accepted!!! So shocked, especially after getting waitlisted from LA. I’m so grateful though!

Denied! Denied! So be it! Ucla i am coming!

accepted!!! wheres the official facebook group?

accepted for spring…i think i’d rather start fall at ucla or northwestern though

Got in as a MCB major… but for Spring.
I’d take UCLA, UPenn, or JHU (got into the last two today!) over that.

myuusmeow:
Yeah, my daughter was accepted for Spring too. So exciting to see Congratulations… then there’s there’s the news that it’s for Spring.
(she was denied UCLA and USC), but got into Michigan, San Diego, Davis, etc.

Wow. I got denied with a 4.6 GPA and 2300 SAT.

I was going to go to UCLA anyways, but this is rather insulting.

LOL got rejected from Berkeley. Probably didn’t help my app was submitted 2 days late and I didn’t specifically cite an interest in Berkeley and it’s MechEng program…(interested in Aerospace thank you very much!)

Not even mad doe, got into all my other schools :)

congrats to all Berkeley admits, you guys deserve it!

@xzyabc44 Aw, I’m really sorry to hear that, I was hoping to meet you. But hey, on the bright side you did get into UCLA, I personally got waitlisted there. Plus there is always grad school.

Rejected from Berkeley but accepted to Cornell. Interesting XD

Son got admitted to UCB BioEng, we needed some good news after disastrous day with Ivy’s.
UC weighted GPA:4.76, SAT:2330, SAT Subject:M2,Ph,Ch,Bio 800’s

Wildcat0 and others sorry for the disappointing news. Wildcat0, your stats are so good and I thought unlike Ivy’s, UC’s are more predictable.

Congratulations to everyone who got in!

accepted !!! can i expect a letter sent home if i’m international? it doesn’t seem to say anything about it on the page :/

Accepted with a 1810 SAT, just goes to show that Berkeley doesn’t just look at stats. Super unexpected, but happy I got in!

When we told someone we were waiting on Cal and they we already knew about UCLA, they mentioned their understanding was if you got it to one it was less likely to get into the other, that there is in fact some kind of coordinating between them. I didn’t think so, but as I read all these posts, it seems to be a trend. I haven’t seen many in both, and see well more that are one or the other…just an observation, not a conspiracy theory.

I got in both, so your idea is wrong! (And I didn’t have the highest sat scores either)

Accepted!!!

Rejected w/ 32 ACT, 4.7 UC GPA. Ouch.

Pat1120–yikes! Did you apply to EECS?

@CADREAMIN That may be true sometimes, but I got both UCLA and UCB.
