Waiting for the Letter

@Seattlefc‌ unofficial transcript method. Check the thread for that

i heard it sometimes dosent work

@Seattlefc‌ if it loads your in - according to previous years it works

one of my friends tried it and it didnt even load there UW bothell transcript…even though he already got accepted to UW bothell

@Seattlefc‌ perfect example of why I have trust issues with the accuracy of these transcripts when they don’t show up…

you receive your letter yet? I live in seattle and i constantly check my mail to find nothing at all for the past couple of days including today

Yeah I havent gotten a letter and I’m in state. I see a transcript for the tacoma campus so there’s no way to tell if I got into Seattle (as the Tacoma transcript loaded months ago and idk if it’s supposed to be replaced with “Seattle” if I have been accepted) @Seattlefc‌

The University of Washington does say “Admission decisions will be mailed to applicants between March 15 and March 31, 2015.”

almost every person i know got their letters and Im in state, 5 hours away. a few people didnt get letters, and I dont know anyone who got rejected. Maybe uw doesnt send out rejection letters as early as they send out acceptance letters?

Hi all… Two kids from my school got their acceptances but four of us are still waiting (that I know of.) I’m in state, 3 hours away. I’m going bananas! ACK! Everyone tells me not to worry but I’m not going to breath confidently until it’s in my hands!!

Still haven’t received letter. In state, 30 minutes from Seattle. Unofficial transcript loaded March 16th. This morning when I clicked on seattle application it said congratulations on being accepted to the University of Washington autumn quarter 2015! A formal letter has been mailed to you. …

Can I just directly confirm enrollment without the physical letter? I’m in Indonesia…

Still waiting for the letter, and my daughter forgot her password to check for her unofficial transcript. sigh

I have decided that it is part of UW’s evil plan to make everyone crazy waiting for their letter. Like a cruel version of survival of the fittest. Anyone who still has their sanity by the time they get their letter can continue to register. And those who lost their minds are weeded out early.

I think there’s a password recovery option available–if your daughter remembers what she set for her security questions, they should be able to reset her password for her!

Best of luck!

She has reset it several times, and it works to look at her application page, but not on the myuw page.

Okay, so, she never got a NetID. And we don’t know her system ID and the other stuff it is asking for. We never got any of this information.

She finally got her NedID and got the “congratulations, you’ve been accepted” message there, but still no letter. Somehow it doesn’t feel as real without the letter.
