10 more days until my DD finally knows everywhere she's been accepted. (Only heard from one of eight so far.) Please, please no waitlists -- I can't take the uncertainty any more!!

Awwwwwwwww, singme, I know just how you feel!! We were in this position last spring! You're in the home stretch now....HANG IN THERE! And best of luck to your daughter....let us know how she does!

I hate this waiting too. I am NOT a patient person!

Even though we're only waiting for 2 and fortunately, daughter has 3 acceptances in the bag, I'm still very nervous for her. This is all such unfamiliar territory for me - back in the "stone ages" when I applied to college, everyone knew by late fall/end of first semester where they were going.

still waiting on 6 of 9; thankfully, he has one acceptance, but the two rejections were more disappointing to him than I even expected.

the waiting is driving me crazy too ... my dd is so good and patient ... she deserve a medal :)

I am in the impatient camp with D waiting for 10 of 10 responses. Should have applied to a school that had rolling admission or EA. I knew that from CC but D could not find one she liked .... so .... we wait. I will insist on it with D2. Good luck to all.

The waiting is torture. At one school, my D will not find out about merit aid until mid April.

Each mail delivery adds to the frustration.
