<p>It does seem to be a factor, also seems that they went to domestic students first? But that’s just what I’m guessing based on the fact that Cassijordan16 heard and appears to be a domestic student, although I’m not sure she mentioned her need <em>shrug</em> :)</p>

<p>Velocity, I know of someone from Romania that got in from the wait list last year with an almost full ride fin aid. But it varies hugely from year to year.</p>

I know that last year there were 4 to 5 Chinese girls offed waitlist. Pretty lucky last year since their situation seems to be much better than us. TUT…
The most of them offed on May.11, so, stay positive guys.</p>
