I already sent deposit to another school and I sent SIR for UCLA a few days ago. What should I do now? Tell the other school that I'm no longer interested?

Yes, notify the other school. You probably won’t get a refund for your deposit for your other school unless it’s a UC in which you have to June 30 to get a refund. <- Not entirely sure about this, just heard from a friend.

How does that work? I sent my SIR in to UCSB, but will most likely accept UCLA if I get off the UCLA waitlist. I would love a refund.

Quoted from the UCLA Waitlist FAQ:

"What if I already accepted the offer from another collegiate institution?

If you have indicated your intent to enroll elsewhere and are later offered admission from the UCLA waitlist, you can accept the UCLA offer, if you wish, but must cancel your acceptance at the other college. You will need to submit an SIR to UCLA by the deadline stated in your admit offer. Note: You are subject to any cancellation policies of the other institution, and may forfeit any deposits paid."
