<p>does anybody know the wait list acceptance rate? i cannot seem to find it anywhere. i know that it changes a lot from year to year, but does anybody know where i can find this information?</p>
<p>I checked... and in one of my books it said year before last 600 people accepted places on the waiting list and they took 120 (not bad at all really). I too was wait listed... and have to get some more answers to this (I almost applied to JHU early which probably would have gotten me in...).</p>
<p>i was waitlisted too and those stats dont seem that bad. but yeah, it does change from year to year so we cant really depend on those numbers too much :-</p>

<p>Sorry to report this, but in 2006 Hopkins took few if any from their waitlist...you can read details here under "Update For Wait List Students"...

<p>I did see in one of the posts by Admissions Daniel that they were over subscribed the past 2 years (which I guess means the data in my US News book was from 3 years ago, not sure)- and that the acceptance rate was going to go down this year so that that wouldn't happen again (they wouldn't accept as many students)... so maybe a few from the wait list will get in. I'm into a few schools I would be very happy with- and find out about a few more in the coming days, but JHU was one of my favorites- and it might be worth a shot.</p>

<p>Is it still possible to get accepted into JHU's BME program if you were waitlisted? In my particular case I was waitlisted because I didn't complete my application (which I now regret). I think that I may be a competitive applicant if I am considered.</p>
