Waitlist Acceptance

Theoretical Situation:

I receive a waitlist offer from two schools, say UCSD and UCLA. Both will notify me of their decision between May 1st and June 1st. Say UCSD accepted me off the waitlist on May 1st and they give me 3 days to accept or decline their offer. I accept their offer. Now, if UCLA accepted me off the waitlist on a later date, say May 10th, would I be able to drop UCSD’s offer and accept UCLA’s offer?
