Got a mail that I am in the wait list for fall 2021 in MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Pace University,am an international student, does any body know how long that’s going to take and possibility of being admitted

A waitlist in general does not provide good odds. It’s a rejection but a hedge for them in case they fall short of filling seats.
You need to move on to your next opportunity. Hopefully you’ve applied to other schools.
If it comes through, then great but you should not count on it.
