<p>so i got waitlisted for 3 UC's: santa cruz, santa barbara, davis. rejected from SD, accepted to irvine. Do you guys know if those 3 waitlisted Ucs have a good chance of admitting me? I'm doing an appeal for SB ( dont know if that helps me increase my chance...)</p>
<p>I just read on another thread that UCSB only admitted 10 students on appeal.</p>
<p>Irvine is a great school. Congratulations! You have a good place to go if you don’t get off the other waitlists. And you may even prefer UCI.</p>

<p>I don’t want to say this in a definite manner, but I wouldn’t worry, I’d say, your chances are good that one of them will take you and release you from the dreaded wait-list. But, that would depend a lot on your quals. </p>
<p>And as calla1 stated, what’s wrong with Irvine? Nice area, near Newport Beach.</p>
<p>I’ve been in Irvine for 4 years and I don’t like it here -__- so I want to get out of this city…does anyone else have other opinions??</p>
