Hey guys, I’m new to the american system so please excuse me if my question seems stupid.
I was waitlisted at Boston College and was wondering how to accept the spot on the list. I called and was told that the link could be found in my letter, but it seemed it was accidently thrown in the trash.
Would someone kindly send me the link ? (if it isn’t confidential or anything of course, ortherwise I can try calling them again and explain the situation).
Thank you very much

Go to: http://www.bc.edu/admission/undergrad/waitlist.html
But you need your confidential eagle ID number, which the letter gives you. You might need to call for that, or go to your agora and then applicant status- the number should be next to your name at the top.

thank you so much for your reply. i was able to send my confirmation. Again, thank you very much :)

Casarock,

If you really really want to go to BC the most, write them a letter saying so. When schools turn to their waitlist to fill the rest of the class (after the accepted students who were accepted at their other-school first choices turn them down), they like to think the waitlist people will say Yes. If you say you will go to BC if they tale you from their waitlist, you become slightly more desirable than the folks they don’t know about. This improves their Yield figures and schools like to do that!
Anything helps.
