do you think they know specifically who they’re going to call now?

from the email they sent out today, it sounds like the list won’t be finalized for a couple more weeks.

I really like Emory’s Wailist. They actually email you every week unlike the other ones I am on right now who just keep you in the dark.

I got in this morning!

Congrats junbug!!! That’s great news!

im also trying to get off the waitlist :[ i feel like ive done everything possible, i guess i just have to be more patient and hope for the best!

I haven’t got any information about my waitlist, either. Hopefully Emory can tell us soon :-)

yep! hopefully emory will call both of us! according to @junbug01 it is open until july 1st so we still got time! :]

Does anyone know how many more will be taken from the waitlist?

I’m still hoping my granddaughter gets asked . . .

well i emailed my admissions counselor and he said they be ending calls soon and told me to start getting settled for another school…so doesn’t sound very good i think

Any news, anyone?

No. I don’t even want to ask my granddaughter anymore. She should have gotten in to Emory – she is extremely qualified – good ACT score, great grades, volunteering creds – everything. It doesn’t make sense. I wonder if her needing financial aid was seen as a negative . . .

yea, im really bummed out. i don’t really know whats going on. i contacted emory again and i got a response that made it sound like they haven’t gone to the waitlist yet, which i know isn’t true cuz of this blog. i don’t understand why ive gotten mixed response. i just really wanted to go there :/
