<p>A mother posted a portion of an e-mail that said students had until Friday, too. A counselor told me students had until today. So who knows? I haven’t seen any postings that anyone got a call this week, however. I wonder if they had to notify by Friday and pay by today. Anyway, tomorrow morning’s posting will tell a lot.</p>
<p>An admissions counselor said the following today…
“We hope in the next two weeks we can let all of our wait list students know whether or not we will be able to offer them freshman admission, but at this point it is completely dependent on admitted students accepting or declining their offers of admission.”
I really hope we can all get in!!</p>

<p>Yes. today is the deadline for submiiting the deposit. Below is the part of the email received on May 3rd. D has declined the admission offer. Hope it will help someone on the waitlist. Good luck to everyone eagerly waiting on the waitlist.</p>
<p>If you decide to accept this offer, please reply to **** no later than Friday, May 6.</p>
<p>After we receive your response, we will update your records. Within 24 hours your Buzzport account will reflect your acceptance information, and then you will be able to pay your admission and housing deposits. Shortly thereafter, you will also receive an official acceptance letter in the mail.</p>
<p>You will have until Wednesday, May 11 to submit your deposits for both admission and housing.</p>
<p>I know the acceptance deposit is $250 but how much is the housing deposit? It would be very bad if someone lost a slot because they couldn’t get the deposits together in time.</p>
<p>Around 2:30 p.m., I checked my son’s application status and it had been changed from “Waitlist Offer” to “Waitlist.” This doesn’t mean anything other than the fact they’re going through the files and updating them (he didn’t accept the waitlist offer until April 15). However, it’s a good sign that they’re still looking at applications and preparing to make more calls and send out more e-mails to someone.</p>
<p>where exactly in the application status does it change to waitlist? isit on the manin page of buzzport once u log in?</p>
<p>It changed from Wait list Offer to Wait list on Application Quick View and Application Summary (after you log in). I don’t attach any significance to it other than it is an indication that they’re going through and updating files. Just looking at the numbers, unless there was a huge crush of deposits today (and the trend has been a trickle, not a torrent), they’ll be making more phone calls soon, and probably a lot of them.</p>

<p>What class size are they aiming for?
Because presently they have 2462 deposits so depending on their projected class size, we can estimate the number of calls they will be making.</p>
<p>So does anyone know the class size or can anyone post a link to find this info?</p>

<p>According to many sources including Buzzport, notification is supposed to happen between May 15th and June 1st. I think it’s safe to assume that another round of offers is coming this week. Good luck everyone!!</p>
<p>I got the acceptance call last Thursday, but I’m most likely going to turn down the offer, the price is astronomical after the limited fin-aid for waitlisted candidates. One of you may be the lucky one to take my spot ;)</p>
