Waitlist Q.

Everyone keeps sayin that the first 5 on the waitlist have like 90% chance of getting the class. Is that with people droppin out or the professor adding u in??

And what happens to our textbooks if we did the trs from the bookstore?

thanks for the help, ahead of time.

Wasn't exactly everyone saying that. That was just Mr. Spaghettio saying it a million times on this forum. ;o

Don't know about the TRS question.

spicyspaghett IS everyone though. he is also "the authority of ucsd and everything cool." puhahahah

you don't say what waitlist spot you have but i will assume you are in the top five since you mention it. if you are indeed in the top 5 you don't need to worry. seriously, you will get a spot... (90% chance homie ^__^).

either people will drop and you will by default get their spot or nobody will drop (higly unlikely) but the dept will still add a few people anyhow.

look into a fall back class if you're really worried, although it will probably be a waste of time (90% chance ^^).

Is that also true for 30-person discussions associated with giant lectures? I heard TAs were often reluctant to add.

^ i don't know of a department where tas are given power to add.
