<p>I've been placed on the waitlist at Smith and I've gotten word from another poster that he daughter got an offer on Wednesday the 14th. Do all wait list offers go out the same day? Because I called my regional admission officer on Friday the 16th to express my continued interest and she thanked me and said it was helpful in making their decision. If they've already started making offers why didn't she tell me straight up whether they could or couldn't offer me a slot. Maybe everyone is different? Do you guys have any insight? Also I'm really really low income. Could that play a part in me getting off the wait list? </p>
