do you think brown intends to use the waitlist this year?

i ask this beacuse brown was so selective this year so i’m guessing that many people who were accepted will also be accepted to many other top schools !!! so maybe brown might rely on the waitlist?

No one will have any idea until after May 1.

good luck! :)

(teehee. ambitiousmind! your name is familiar ;D)

Ahhhh, sviola! Goooood tiiimes! Good times :D

(That waitlist experience will forever be with me!)

I wonder if we know each other at Brown!

Hahaha! Until our senior year maybe? That might be fun.

For sure! That would be a neat little “time capsule” thing.

Though I tried thinking of how many people from California I know who’s boyfriend from California also goes here—I couldn’t think of anyone! I’m sure we’ve probably met in passing, no doubt!

any answers?

Again, no one will know until after May 1. People who were already accepted have until that day to accept the offer or to turn it down. It’s pointless worrying about it now, trust me. Good luck!

I spoke to the admissions office last week, and they will know the number of availabilities tomorrow. Good luck all!

So I guess they will start contacting people tomorrow then?

I think they’ll start contacting people within the next two weeks.
