Skye71209-I’m in the same boat! I’ve been following this thread for a few days and seeing everyone expedite theirs makes me want to but I don’t mind waiting since my backup is to just go to community college then transfer. I just don’t want to take the risk of expediting my application when I don’t mind the wait, but then I don’t want there to be no spots for other terms like summer or spring if I do wait. I have pretty much the same stats as you except I have a lower weighted gpa 
after april 15th, they are accepting people on a rolling waitlist basis so they can accept anyone at anytime! if you are fine with waiting after may 1st then that is great but your stats seem good! it’s honestly up to you, i think you’ll be fine either way.
i think waiting is fine especially if you don’t need to rush for a decision! the waitlist is on a rolling basis so from now until may 31st, anyone can be accepted at anytime and spots will slowly open up.
oh my god, so I guess I don’t even need to worry about getting an expedited decision anymore. I literally checked my application status a couple minutes ago and I got accepted!! For the fall term! Thank you all so much for the help this forum provided. I hope all of you get accepted as well! Good luck to everyone! There is hope!

I have a 3.2 UW and 3.6 W gpa but I took all AP since freshman and have a 1190 SAT do you guys think that’s good?
ALL AP since freshmen year? wow, you’re impressive! you have a higher SAT score than most of us in this forum or around the range. i definitely think you can get in whether you choose to wait longer or ask for an expedited decision!

Also, it’s nice to know that they are still accepting people from the waitlist into fall term. I thought they were only doing summer and spring at this point, but I guess it really still is a possibility. While, I don’t think I would qualify for fall term and I didn’t apply for that to begin with, that’s great to hear! I know some of you guys were hoping for fall term.

Your stats are almost identical to my daughters, and she got accepted for Summer 2020 with no waitlist. Like her, your SAT is on the low side, but you’re obviously a good student. I think you have a good chance – Good Luck!
hi everybody i’m really torn on if i should request an expedited decision or not. my act is a 23, my unweighted- 3.4, weighted- 5.2. i have 43 college credits and take mostly dual enrollment classes. my gpa at the college is a 3.7. i want to wait until may 1st so maybe some spots will open up. i also don’t have to get back to any other school by decision day. however i have some friends at ucf who are looking for a 4th roomate and they said they’d choose me if i get in. i’m nervous that spaces will fill up and if i don’t hear back in time they’ll have to pick a different roommate. i know it all depends on what i think but i’d love to hear your input and what you would do if you were in my predicament. wait until may 1st and then request one or do it soon so i can hear back and potentially get in and have roomates already set up. thank you. i wish you all the best of luck and congrats to those who’ve been accepted!!
