So I got waitlisted from 5 of my 6 schools.

Choate, Exeter, Hotchkiss, Deerfield, and St. Pauls

I got rejected from Andover.

What are the chances that I am getting a spot?
My stats are on my thread for chances, but I'm just wondering

Typically how many students are on the waitlist?
How many get in?
Is financial aid a huge disadvantage?
And do they even give out financial aid to waitlist students?

I got w8 listed at choate, hotchkiss, and exeter.
I dont know anything about andover!!!
how did you find out!!
they dont tell you how many students get w8 listed though

Im an international student so I got everything through email so I have the results from all of them

It is quite acceptable to call and ask. Also I would write or email the admissions director and tell them that if you are taken off the wait list you will enroll. Make sure you really mean this. Do this for only your number one choice. Some schools will tell you how many are on the wait list and whether they are ranked or more of a wait pool. If you hear nothing back, call or write again in a month.
