Waitlist

Anyone else on the wait list for Rutgers NB?
My stats:
3.05 GPA
1780 SAT (M+CR+W)
Involved in two academic EC's
applied priority

edit: submitted essay

i’ve also been waitlisted-Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy-
**stats 4.0 GPA, 1750 SAT, 6 AP’s (rest honors),top five percent of my graduating class
*i did over 100 hours of volunteer work, 7 extra-curricular activities,1 sport, hospital internship
*Also submitted an essay (and just in case several letters of recommendation)

Waitlist for Engineering.
3.23 (strong math…)
1810 SAT (1220 M+CR)

Oops I forgot to mention what school I was waitlisted from. I’m waitlisted from plain old SAS. Nothing special…

I’ve heard from several of my friends, who got accepted into Rutgers Pharmacy, that they have to reply by either March 15 or 18 whether or not they’re interested in attending the school. Do you think that after that date the admissions committee will accept those on the waiting list, if not enough kids accept the offer?

^Hayden 23

I really hope they start to take students from the waitlist, since Rutgers pharm is my first choice school.

my stats are similar with you, strong GPA and rank, but kind of low SAT for Rutgers pharm.

gpa: 4.0
Rank top 10%
SAT 1990
extra: some community services, clubs, awards. nothing special.

My girlfriend told me that the waitlist is pretty much them saying we want you, but only if ‘they’ say no. So hopefully not a lot of people want to go to Rutgers for you guys  haha

Thanks Emerica
*I called Rutgers Pharmacy yesterday and they said that they’re still processing students but told me to expect an answer in a few weeks

Thanks Emerica and Hayden23!
That sounds like a good news.

Good luck for all of us!

did anyone on the waitlist hear back from Rutgers yet? (especially pharmacy) I pretty much check the status everyday.

They don’t have to tell you until as late as Mid-July…

They can tell you very late, so it’s a huge risk. Last year I was waitlisted for the nursing program, but eventually took a spot in SAS and I didn’t get my official denial from nursing until late july-august. It depends on the students accepting spots or canceling their enrollment, so you never know. They also re-evaluate all wait list members before accepting anyone.

sparx, are you in state?
