Waitlist?

So, yeah...I applied for A&M, got on the waitlist..not surprising. Judging by the amount of people who got Wailisted, and their stats, I don't think I'll be getting in. It'd be great, but Blinn Team may be the way to go. I regularly check AIS even though I know that I shouldn't really expect anything until May 1st and I may get it even later, does anyone know how we get them? Will we see it on AIS or will it just be in the mail? Cause as of now AIS says STEP 5 - YOU HAVE RESPONDED YOU THE DECISION or...something like that.

Also, one quick question about Blinn Team - if you do the Corps through it, is that the only class you can take at A&M? I know it allows you to take..I dunno, is it 4 or 5 hours through A&M? Something like that - I was just wondering cause I would love to join the Corps through Blinn and would like to know if I could also take a Biology class there, too.

Thanks for taking the time to read.

dowhatnow - I got waitlisted too, and even though my stats aren’t THE BEST at all, I’m upset that some people with lower stats got in, but that’s a different story haha. And I heard from people who got in off waitlist that there will be a “Step 6” on your AIS AND they will mail something home.

and I have no idea about Blinn Team.

Step 5 is the acceptance step…click on it and there will be an opportunity to sign up for a new student conference NSC. Click on Step 5.

Sandrabui - Yeah, I already saw some other people with lower stats getting in on College Confidential. I have a feeling that I would have gotten accepted if it weren’t for my messed up high school transcripts…a lot of classes were pretty much lost after switching high schools four times…makes it look bad. And thanks, I’ll be looking for a Step 6. Good luck on getting in.

Texasmom- I think Step 5 is different on mine just cause I didn’t get accepted, cause it just offers me alternate acceptance options (of which I checked yes to ALL). Thank you, though.

update, already answered/posted
